GoStartBiz is a service of Yaya Systems LLC. This policy explains how information may be collected and used when you visit gostartbiz.com, request information, book a demo, or interact with enabled AI features.
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, industry, project goals, scheduling preferences and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate fit, provide requested services, and maintain business records.
AI features may process text, voice transcripts, images or project context that you intentionally provide. The exact processing path depends on the deployment. Some demonstrations can use local/private models; production clients may configure approved external or private systems. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or sensitive personal information unless an applicable client deployment is specifically configured and authorized for that use.
We may use limited first-party event counters to understand page usage and conversion activity. Raw conversation text is not required for those event counters. Optional third-party analytics such as Google Analytics are loaded only after the site records your analytics consent in the browser when configured.
We may use browser storage to remember analytics consent and session-level product interactions. See our Cookie Notice.
Information may be sent to service providers or customer systems that are configured to receive it, such as CRM, scheduling, hosting, analytics, anti-bot or communication services. We use such services to operate the website and respond to requests.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, contractual or legal requirements, security, dispute resolution and business records. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may decline optional analytics through the consent banner when it is shown. You may also contact us through the contact page with questions or requests concerning information you submitted.
GoStartBiz is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above indicates the current version.
