How AI Is Used on GoStartBiz

GoStartBiz uses AI to demonstrate and deliver customer-intake, qualification, visual-context, voice and workflow-assistance capabilities.

What AI may do

• Classify the type of customer request.
• Ask structured follow-up questions.
• Summarize information supplied by a visitor or staff member.
• Generate draft follow-up, project or service artifacts for human review.
• Transcribe speech and synthesize spoken responses in enabled voice experiences.
• Describe visible image context within configured boundaries.

What AI should not decide

Demo AI is not authorized to make final safety, code-compliance, electrical-load, structural, engineering, legal, tax, financial, insurance-coverage, appraisal, medical or other regulated/professional determinations.

Human review

Estimates, appointments, diagnoses, technical conclusions, contracts and other consequential actions require confirmation by the applicable business or qualified professional unless a production workflow explicitly implements an authorized deterministic action.

Local/private AI

Some GoStartBiz deployments can use local/private open-source model infrastructure. “Local” describes where model inference runs; other configured services such as CRM, scheduling, analytics or telephony carriers may still process information externally.
